Gunsi Productions · Software studio

I design, build and look after websites and custom software.

Live in weeks, not months, and looked after once it’s live. You talk to the person who writes the code, from the first message to every update.

Latest delivery: Tribu Fuerte, the app for a gym community in Mallorca.

Before: the gym’s whiteboard
Tribu Fuerte app: the gym leaderboard for the hip hinge lift, scored on strength relative to bodyweight
After: an app in every pocket

Recent work

Different problems, same way of working.

Each case is small. The way of working isn’t: understand how you work, then show you something that works, early.

App · Gym community · Mallorca, Spain

From a whiteboard on the wall to an app in every pocket.

Moisés’s gym kept its strength records on a laminated whiteboard, written in marker. Now members log their lifts in an app: personal profiles, a leaderboard scored on strength relative to bodyweight, push notifications when someone breaks a record, a feed for congratulations and group chats to organise sessions.

The first working version was online the same evening. Then I refined it with Moisés into a complete product: its own domain, an app that installs on any phone, and a guide to present it to his members. He didn’t have to coordinate a designer and a developer. He talked to one person.

Website · Wellness practice · Northeast Italy

A site redesign that sounds like the person behind it.

Anna Predieri has practised Tai Chi, foot reflexology and Feng Shui for over forty years. Her old site was dark blue and black: clean, but cold. The new one takes its palette from the five elements of Chinese tradition, with rewritten copy, a page for each practice and a light and a dark theme.

Under the surface it is built to be found: every page scores 100 in Google Lighthouse for accessibility, best practices and SEO, and her Google Business Profile is set up and live, so the practice shows up on Maps.

AI system · E-commerce brand · Spain

From an informal brief to a finished email, in six languages.

A Spanish e-commerce brand used to design every marketing email by hand. Now the team writes a short brief, the way they’d message a colleague, and the engine returns the finished email: on brand, translated into six languages, ready to import into Klaviyo.

AI writes the copy. What makes it reliable is the system around it: a brand guide reverse-engineered from their existing material, a library of ten modular blocks and four layout formulas it has to compose from.

  • 10 modular blocks
  • Klaviyo-ready HTML

Interactive map · Hostel chain · Tirana, Albania

A city guide the hostel staff update themselves.

Guests open a map of the places worth knowing around the hostel, from working cafés and bakeries to markets, gyms and bus stops, each with its own icon. Staff can add and move places from a password-protected editor, with no developer involved.

The data lives in a Google Sheet, so there is no server or database to pay for. One snippet embeds the live map on any website.

After launch

I also run apps of my own, on the same foundation I use for clients.

One login, one design system, one server I run myself. That’s where I learned what a product needs after the demo: updating it, fixing it, keeping it up.

How I work

You decide by trying a working prototype, before any big commitment.

  1. We talk

You tell me about your work: what slows you down, what you’d like to have. I ask questions until I could explain it back to you.

  2. A first version, early

Within a few days I come back with a working prototype. You try it, and we fix the direction while it’s still cheap to change.

  3. One price, agreed upfront

If you want to go ahead, you get a single figure for the complete product. No hours to count.

  4. Live in weeks, then looked after

The product goes online in weeks. After launch I stay: updates, fixes, small changes.

Pricing

One price to build it. A monthly fee to look after it.

Building

One figure for the complete product, agreed before any work starts. Design, development, setup and launch are all in it.

Looking after it

A monthly fee keeps the software alive: updates, security, backups and small changes. It’s optional, and you never need to hire a developer.

A website, an internal tool or a product you sell to your own clients on subscription: the model is the same. Every quote comes after the first conversation.

Who you’ll talk to

One person, by choice.

I’m Hyur, and Gunsi Productions is my studio. I’ve been building software for over six years: first at a digital agency, then teaching it to more than a thousand developers, now on my own.

For four years I was a teacher and course author at Boolean, Italy’s leading coding bootcamp. Explaining code to people starting from zero teaches you to translate, and that’s what I do with your business.

I use AI as leverage, not as a shortcut: the craft tells me what to keep and what to throw away. What I deliver, I sign and I maintain. That’s how a product holds up after the demo.
